1. Check the wheel operation by slowly pulling out the hose. You have to hear a click.
2. To lock the hose, pull out the hose slowly and it will stay locked after the first, second, or third click.
3. To unlock, pull out the hose slowly until the clicking stops and let it retract until the hose stopper hits the hose guide.
